Rituals of the Nether

This book, is not for your use. This part is for those magi’s who have walked and chosen a wrong path. I write this into the book for your own safety, knowing you may choose to abuse the words written, the knowledge. I trust you not to. For your knowledge of your enemies is as vital for your survival as your will to not use the knowledge written on the pages to come.

Summoning of Demons and Enslavement.
Step 1

You need to have a Summoning Circle to be able to perform a summoning.

* A Summoning Circle is different from an ordinary circle you would use. A Summoning Circle needs candles, five placed in a circle, the candles are to be lit with fel-flames, which you spread around in the circle while you are in it. The Circle itself needs to have three circles inside of it.

And a rune symbolized on the ground which you will stand on, that rune is the rune of protection.

The three small circles should be combined, yet not. The biggest circle shall be connected with the other two, one middle, one small. Within the small circle you will place a “sacrifice” fitted to symbolize the demon you intend to summon and enslave to be at your side, by your calling. The Sacrifice will be different depending on what demon your are calling.

The Demons:

Imp: Sacrifices related to mischief or fire.
Voidwalker: Sacrifices related to shadow, or a physically stored void.
Succubus: Sacrifices related to sexual intimacy, pleasure in any form, love or items related to tragic love and loss.
Felhunter: Souls of people who can use magic, magical artifacts, enchanted artifacts.
Felguard: Sacrifices related to slaughter, war and battlefields.

General:

Souls work just as well for a sacrifice. The Power of a Soul is defined by how powerful or faithful the soul of the person was, what they were capable of and what they did in their past. Mages, virgins, priests are more powerful than a warrior etc. unless you wish to summon a Felguard then a war lord of some kind would be more fitting.

Step 2.

Now. Activate a ward within the second of the circles inside the main circle. This is where the demon will appear. The ward will keep it from being able to attack you, but the moment you try to either: directly attempt to enslave it, beat it weak by your power, beat it weak through physical means, the ward will no longer protect you from the demon. It will attempt to kill you.

The Runes used for this ward, depends on the magic type needed and soul ward.
The rune based on the magic type is simple, is it fire, make it the rune of fire etc.

Step 3.

Activate a protecting ward around yourself in the biggest circle within the summing circle.
Which is the first circle inside the circles, the second is where the demon appears if succeeding and the third is where the sacrifice is placed. This protection ward needs the runes magic type, physical, ward. A simple physical ward/barrier.

Step 4.

The last step. Double check you have done all the preparations right, that you have not forgot anything. Then the hard part begins.

Step 5.

The first part of the Ritual is the stage of finding the demons name. Make the rune patterns for : Analyze, name, portal, demon type, magic type. - This will open a portal, have you don’t nothing wrong there will not be any demons pouring out of it just yet. You can strengthen the portal by changing the runes in Eredun. The portal must of course be inside the ward where the demon will appear.

Step 6.

If the portal was successfully placed inside the ward, you will keep chanting the same runes as in step 5 until you hear the name of the demon in your sub-consciousness. To hear it you need to focus on your own thoughts and nothing else.

Step 7.

When gained the demon name focus your magic on the sacrifice, which is placed in the third and smallest circle within the big circle, while maintaining the portal with your magic. This requires extreme focus. Immediately when finished move to step 8.

Step 8.

The name of the demon and sacrifice is ready, make the runes for magic type and demon type, twisting nether, summon, ritual, while focusing entirely on the name of the demon and that only. If you do not focus on the right name, you might end up summoning the wrong demon, which can lead to your death. If no demon appears in the matter of minutes, immediately close the portal and dissipate all the energies from the ritual and start all over again.

Step 9.

If step 8 worked, the demon wanted should be inside the ward inside the circle and the portal should be gone as a result of the demon now being out and inside the ward. Now you have some choices, either subdue the demon and enslave it, bargain with it or enslave it right away.

As demons are ancient entities enslaving it immediately is very foolish.

1. If you have chosen to subdue it, you will have to beat it to a weak state and then enslave it by the use of the runes magic type, demon type, enslave.

2. If you have chosen to bargain with it, ensure there are no loopholes in the pact made. Be very specific with your terms, this is where you must cover every possible imaginable angle so the demon do not agree and just kill you after.

3. If you have chosen to enslave the demon with immediate effect, hope that you are strong enough to do so, nothing else can truly be done. See step 8 for the patterns needed for the enslavement spell.

Calling forth a demon already enslaved to your side.

If you already have enslaved said demon during a ritual and need it to be by your side, you call on it. By the use of the rune patterns for the name of the magic type, the demon type, the rune of calling, use your weapon of choice, make the patterns in the air in front of you while chanting the demons name.

Summoning and making a bone scythe

Good to know:

The graven one can summon the bone scythe into their hand. Only the graven one or their awakened minion can wield the weapon. The graven one gains the ability to awaken a minion from the bones of a dead warrior or mage. They must steal the bones from the actual grave of a buried wizard, sorcerer, or fighter. The creation is a loyal skeletal warrior or skeletal mage that follows the graven one's verbal commands. The undead creation shares in the power of its master and becomes more powerful as the graven one advances in ability.

The graven one can have only one minion at any time. If the minion is destroyed, the graven one can build another of the same or lower level of power.

The graven one can summon a full set of plate armour made from interlocking bone and shadow. This suit provides them with all the benefits of a suit of full plate without any of the disadvantages. A highly skilled graven one becomes one of the undead. They no longer age or need to sleep (though they must spend time meditating to regain spells).

Required items:

* The bones of a dead warrior or a mage.
* A sacrifice of blood., to bring life to the new “creation”
* Normal symbolisation of the elements, also add a symbol of life and death.

Within the small circle you will place the blood “sacrifice”.

Step 2.

Now. Activate a ward within the second of the circles inside the main circle. This is where the bones must be placed and where the scythe will rise. The ward is there to ensure that you do not get harmed if the ritual goes wrong and you do not just create the scythe but also call on something else in the process of it. The moment the scythe does rise, it is yours to command unlike a demon.

Step 5.

The first part of this ritual is to ensure your will is clear, the focus is clear. It is not a demon to be summoned, it is a scythe to be summoned, created and willed to rise. Make the rune patterns for: Death, Life, Rise, Command and Enslave. As you do this you must have your words right, it takes a strong will to make what’s dead to rise again.

Focus your magic on the pile of bones, let the magic flow down into them, do not stop for one single moment. As you say the words of the ritual (which unless you ask someone else for advice for, should come from your own thoughts, knowledge, ways) keep the channelling going.

Perform the ritual. Then at the end… Close the inner circle, then the circle around, then the circle around, at the end close the circle around you so that the scythe is able to leave.
